Tetta and Tessei are Kagato's guardians and Dark Juraian Knights they protect him and obey him without question. They serve as servants, and protectors of Kagato the man who seized the throne of Jurai. They are in the TV series, but not much is known of them but they are for certain as powerful if not more than as Azaka and Kamidake and eventhough they lost to them in a one on one duel. Things might have turned out differently. It's suggested that they arrived with Kagato when he came to Jurai and took the throne and that they had knowledge that he wasn't Yosho. They were probably his underlings even before the whole incident with Jurai and that they are no less evil than Kagato himself.
